Client Resources

A client-centered invoicing and payment process has replaced the traditional way. Traditionally, clients pay large, up-front retainers. These encumber client resources. And when invoices are issued the client must (i) replenish the retainer, (ii) pay overages, (iii) initiate payment, and (iv) follow up throughout this process. Client time is wasted. Confusion can ensue.

Under our system, such complexity and effort is lifted. 

  1. Following the client’s review, the Firm simply applies the client’s invoice to an on-file bank account via ACH transfer initiated by the Firm. 

  2. We obtain a relatively small retainer which functions like an up-front deposit, and the Firm returns the retainer when the matter concludes.
